Obituary- Crawshaw, Richard
RICHARD HENRY CRAWSHAW
Richard Henry Crawshaw, 60, of Maple Hill, died in a Topeka hospital Wednesday. He was born in Smith County and moved to Maple Hill when a boy, where he had lived for 50 years. He was a member of the Maple Hill Congregational Church, and the Modern Woodmen of America. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Ollie J. Crawshaw; one daughter, Mrs. Rex Neubauer, Maple Hill; two sons, Cpl. John R. Crawshaw, with the Army in Belgium, and Richard W. Crawshaw, Maple Hill, three sisters, Mrs. Hannah Robbins, Los Angeles, Mrs. Emma Hutchins, Topeka and Mrs. Lucy Faulk, Bremerton, Wash.; and three brothers, Tom Crawshaw, Silver Lake, George Crawshaw, Topeka, and Albert Crawshaw, Maple Hill. Funeral services were held from the Maple Hill Congregational Church at 2:00 p. m. Saturday, Feb. 17th. Burial was in the Maple Hill Cemetery.
