Roland Teske
TECUMSEH, Neb. – Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Wherry Mortuary here for Roland Teske, 69, Tecumseh, Neb., who died late Saturday, July 21, at a hospital here.
Mr. Teske was employed by Campbell’s Soup Co. at Tecumseh.
He was born Feb. 8, 1915, at Wheaton in Pottawatomie County, Kan., the son of Otto and Ida Brunkow Teske. He was a veteran of World War II. He moved to Tecumseh from Onaga in 1966.
He was a member of the American Legion and St. John’s Lutheran church, both at Tecumseh, Neb.
He was married to Donna Mallow Oct. 19, 1954, at Onaga. She died in 1970.
Survivors include a son, Stanley Teske, with the U.S. Navy, address unavailable; a daughter, Mrs. Cindy Kempf, Beatrice, Neb.; four brothers, Franklin Teske, Onaga, Ervin Teske, Daytona Beach, Fla., Lawrence Teske, Delia and Glen Teske, Fulton, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Edna Wieters, Abilene; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Onaga Cemetery in Onaga.
