Berry-Busse Couple Married in Late July Ceremony

Miss Rhonda Lee Berry and Gary A. Busse were united in marriage on Saturday, July 30, 1977, in a 3 p.m. ceremony at the Grace Baptist Church in Manhattan, Ks. Pastor Horace Brelsford heard the exchange of vows. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Leo Berry, Rossville, and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest R. Busse, Kansas City, Mo.

Kathy Miller, Rossville, was maid of honor. Bridal attendants were Shelly Gates, Winona, Ks., and Deb Staples, Norman, Okla. Jane Busse, sister of the groom, served as candlelighter.

Mr. Busse’s best man was his brother, Kent Busse, Kansas City, Mo. Fred Blocher, Kansas City, Mo., and Robert Radford, Overland Park, were groomsmen. Bret Busse, brother of the groom, and Mike Berry, brother of bride, were ushers.

Following the wedding ceremony, a reception for the couple was held at the Continental Inn at Manhattan.

Mrs. Busse is a student at Kansas State University in Manhattan. She is currently doing her practice teaching in Shawnee Mission, Ks. Mr. Busse is employed by Team Architects at Kansas City, Mo.

Following a wedding trip to Colorado, the Busses are living at 6728 Raytown Road, in Raytown, Mo.
