Kathy Miller weds Steven McCormic at Rossville

Miss Kathy Pearl Miller, Rossville, became the bride of Steven Eugene McCormic, Shawnee Mission, Ks., during a ceremony Saturday, October 18, at the Rossville Christian Church in Rossville, Ks.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. DeVere C. Miller, Rossville, and Mr. and Mrs. Derril McCormic, Shawnee Mission.

The bride’s sister, Miss Brenda Miller, Rossville, was the maid of honor, and James Hemeyer, Dallas, Tex., was the best man. Mrs. Gary Busse, Kansas City, Ks., and Mrs. Nancy Vonfeldt,

Sherman, Tex., were the bridesmaids. Jon Portell, Shawnee Mission, and Randy Kietzman, Kansas City, Ks., were the groomsmen.

After the reception and wedding dance at the Rossville American Legion, the newlyweds left on a honeymoon trip to Colorado. They will live in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.

Bob Kathy and Steve are graduates of Kansas State University. Kathy is an accountant for Bartlett Agri Enterprises, Inc., in Kansas City, Mo. Steven is assistant manager of the Nature's Corner Store in Independence, Mo.
