Mr. and Mrs. Clyde McGuire, Topeka, announce the marriage of their daughter, Ruth Claire, to Laird L. French, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard French, Rossville.

The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Don Jones at the Rossville Methodist Church at 8 p.m. May 18. Attending the couple were Mrs. Richard Lind-quist, Topeka, and Frank Wood, Rossville.

Mrs. French is a 1958 graduate of St. Marys High School. Mr. French was graduated from Rossville High School in 1958.

The couple will live near Rossville where Mr. French is engaged in farming with his father.
