Anniversary- Brees, William and Alice

Alice and William ‘Bill’ Brees
William Lee "Bill” and Alice Rezac Brees were surprised Aug. 8 at Gage Park in Topeka with a family celebration for their 50th wedding anniversary. Bill and Alice were married Sept. 19,1959, at First United Methodist Church in Topeka.

They have 3 children, Steven Brees, Rural Emmett; Karen Paine, Topeka; and Michelle (Ron) Roth, McKinney, Texas; and 4 grand-children, Nicole and Luke Paine and Nicholas and Emily Roth.

Bill continues as a farmer and stockman. Alice retired from the American Home Life Insurance Co. in 2003.
