Carrells Will Celebrate Golden Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Carrell, Rossville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception Sunday, March 2, from 2 to 4 p.m., at the Rossville American Legion Hall. The celebration will be hosted by their son, Leroy, nieces, nephews and friends.

Alverta Lemon and Clayton Carrell were married March 5, 1936, in the home of Mrs. Alice Lemon, Mrs. Carrell’s mother. The couple continued to live at the same location all of their married life.

They invite friends and relatives to rejoice with them in this celebration and request that no gifts be presented.
