Lee and Betty Conaway
Lee and Betty Conaway, Topeka, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. July 26 at the Shawnee County Farm Bureau building, S.W. 38th and Wanamaker Road.

Hosts will be their children, Nancy Overmyer, Rossville; Daniel and Maureen Conaway, Topeka; and Lu Anne and Rod Reser, Silver Lake; and their seven grandchildren.

Betty Harris and Lee Conaway were married July 28, 1948, at West Side Christian Church in Topeka.

Mr. Conaway is retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. after 31 years of service.

Mrs. Conaway is a homemaker.

They have farmed in the Bethel community northwest of Topeka.

They request no gifts.
