Anniversary- Timmons, Carroll and Cordelia 3

Mr. and Mrs. Carroll R. Timmons. Delia, will be honored with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 11 at the Rossville United Methodist Church.

Carroll R. Timmons and Cordelia Belle Carley were married June 6, 1937 at the Baptist Church Parsonage, Wamego.

Mr. Timmons retired from carrying the Topeka State Journal in 1980 but still maintains a Topeka Capital-Journal route at Delia and Rossville. Mrs. Timmons retired from Roy Frey’s Western Wear.

Their children are Pauline and Joe Conley, Delia; Donald E. Timmons, Denver; and Dale and Kay Timmons. They also have 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
